   My husband and I went here for a date night. The atmosphere was nice…dimly lit and comfortable. Our server was pleasant but not very knowledgeable about the menu. Drinks were good. We ordered the charred Brie as an appetizer. The Brie itself was good but was topped with an apple onion jam that was watery and did not complement the Brie. The salad options were very limited. We decided to split a Cesar. The dressing had a good flavor. The salad itself was very lightly dressed and needed a tad more dressing. For entrees we both ordered the filet. My husband added the C&C butter and mine was Cooper style. My filet was perfectly cooked. My husband’s was slightly tough. All in all, good steaks. We chose the creamed spinach and Mac and cheese for our sides. The Mac and cheese was barely warm and flavorless. The spinach was topped with cheese and baked , so it was a huge clump of hard cheese on top and the spinach separated from the cream. Our sides were very disappointing. For the cost of dining at this restaurant, it was not worth it. They need to work on perfecting the sides. All in all, not a terrible experience just not worth the cost.

   THIS, THIS IS THE PLACE!!! My husband and I had a wonderful night and could stop talking about how amazing Cooper & Cow was! From the moment we walked in to when we rolled out, this place hit all our marks for the perfect date night! Everything - 12/10 Drink: Masi Masianco Pinot Grigio Appetizer: Foie Gras and Lobster Cocktail Main: Ribeye and Chili Bourbon Salmon Sides: Mashed Potatoes, Truffle Wagyu Tallow Fries, and White Cheddar Mac&Cheese Dessert: Bourbon Chocolate Cake and Bourbon Pistachio Ice Cream

   The first time I had cooper & cow it was great. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as good as the first. Our sides were upsetting. The steak was the best part of the meal. We were celebrating our anniversary. We probably will not be celebrating our further anniversaries there.

   Scott is an amazing chef. I have eaten at highly rated, upscale restaurants in a variety of states and countries. Scott's food is the best that I have had. Kim was the only server when we dined. She did a wonderful job. She was helpful and friendly and did not seem overwhelmed.

   Top notch service! Speakeasy vibe on a Friday night dine. Brie app, Ribeye steaks, Brussels & Mac sides served family style, Chocolate Bourbon cake for dessert PLUS THE Manhattan, Zinfandel, Bee’s Knees & dessert port were perfectly paired! Mega kudos!!!!!

   Drinks were excellent. Filet was outstanding. Salad and mashed potato’s were very good. Spinach was just OK. Service was very good.

   Our Server, Jade was an absolute pro. She was so knowledgeable about everything on the menu & beyond & gave us great advice on everything we inquired about. She was obviously very well studied on fine dining, cuts of meats, ingredients, wines & cocktails. And she had great timing to anticipate our needs. We told her toward the end of our meal that the Wagu Flank was the best steaks we’ve ever had & she said she’d share with the Chef. A little bit later the Executive Chef came out with our dessert & when we commended him for the spectacular meal, he said “thank you, I will pass that onto the guys in the kitchen” verses taking full credit. Kudos. Everything from our cocktails, our appetizers (bacon slab & lobster cocktail), our entrees & delicious sides, our wine with dinner & dessert was absolutely incredible. SO delicious! And Jade was hands down the best Server we’ve had maybe ever. Thank you Jade, Chef & Cooper & Cow for making our special night out with our sons to cap off their Winter Break before returning to college, even more memorable! Wonderful all around meal & evening. :)
