   From the entry to the exit everything was great. We were visited by the owner. Provided great recommendations by both the owner and the support staff. The food was great and temperature matched to the max. The whole establishment was beautiful. It matched my husband and I vibe. Nothing disappointed. I would actually visit again. Thank you so much Confessions for making my Taurus husband smile and enjoy his birthday. ☺️

   Great experience, valet parking $10 or send park and they will validate your ticket up to 2 hours. Ambience, service, food was 10/10. Soft opening so no modification on the menu items.

   When we got seated we didnt get a waitressing for about 20 mins, she was backed up, we ordered food and drinks that never made it to our original table,so we asked to be moved to a new section. The night started bad but ended on a good note. We were assisted by Talore (hostess), Sandy (Manger), and Bali ( new server) and they made it all worth the wait. We will be back.

   I had a reservation since even before they opened. I went on their opening night of the 8th; mind you I have been going there since the failed venture Se7en . The opening night there was hookah everywhere but on the night of my reservation that seemed to have changed but you would think the host walking you to your table would ask are you guys planning to smoke hookah? So they could seat us appropriately since they no longer allow it on every table. No one said a word and my main reason that night was to smoke hookah and have cocktails. We were seated at our table, for up to 15 mins no one came to us we had to get the attention of a passing waitress, she said she will go find our server, she came back and said she couldn’t find him/her so she will take our order this is 30 mins into us being seated. I proceeded to order a hookah first and that’s when I was told we can’t do it at that table and that’s they changed it since opening night; fine no problem I asked to be moved to a table that I can order hookah. It’s took a lot of back and forth and them acting like they could not move us with plenty tables staring in our face. 1 hour later we still weren’t moved and still didn’t have a server not a drink and just excuse about the table we were supposed to get. We ended up leaving after 1 hour and about 15 to 20 minutes with a manager who flat out ignored us the first time we asked to talk to her, we talked to several managers who said they would fix it and none came back. I had to leave before I lost my cool because some of the hostesses were being condescending and rude all because we wanted to switch and I do believe if I were another race my table would’ve been switch out asap.

   Experience was ok. Food Portions were small but tasty. Ambiance was great! We were made to move to a different table after 55minutes of set reservations as we were told we had to move to accommodate a party of 16 which sucks because reservations were made far in advance. 2nd round of drinks were compt due to the situation. Hopefully after the soft opening service will be better to accommodate guest.

   Made a reservation could not be seated with majority of the party being there minus 1 ( running late). Was made to wait till that 1 other person arrived (when we could have been seated ordering drinks etc.) Once that person arrived, was told our indoor seating reservation was given away so we can be seated outside. Escorted to the outside table only to feel like you are in a wind turbine… NO EXAGGERATION HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSE TO ENJOY YOUR FOOD, drinks and hookah when you’re holding everything down to keep from blowing away. Needless to say we did not order ANYTHING. The system that is currently in place will not keep them in business. As we sat there waiting for the 1 other person to arrive, we saw other guests leaving because of this “policy“ that is currently in place (will not seat unless the entire party is present even if you’re only missing 1 person).. Not sure if I’d be returning to give it another try.

   We had a 4:30pm reservation and they said all of us had to be present to be seated. There was a grace period of 15 minutes. By the time the gracecperiod was over, we were 2 out of 3 and they didn't want to sit us, saying we will have to wait 2-3 hrs for another reservation. They were willing to sit 2 of us on a table of 4 but had to wait 2-3 hrs if we wanted to be 3. I had to insist that if they are sitting us on a table of 4, what difference does it make if we can get sitted and when the 3rd person shows up they can just sit with us then they finally agreed. I didn't understand why that wasn't an option if their tables were 4 table seats. The food portions are appetizer sizes. Also 20% gratuity is added and the waitress hurriedly skipped that part straight to the tips We shouldn't feel stressed out just to have a good time.

   We had a wonderful server, I believe her name was Lauren and the chicken wings were delicious but everything else left much to be desired. The ladies at the front desk weren’t very friendly or welcoming. We didn’t get our drinks until after our food was served. We didn’t receive all of the items we ordered after waiting some time. Overall, our visit was salvaged by the politeness of our waitress but things could have been much better!

    Li had a great time at confessions! The patio was quite windy, but after asking for a manager, our request to be moved inside was accommodated and everyone was extremely friendly. My drinks were good, The food was great and the energy was vibrant! I’d def go back!
