   Short rib was good, tables a little awkward because it’s lounge style (couches comfy chairs etc). Everything was good

   They sat us at a small couch with a coffee table...not what I was expecting when they're serving 3 course meals.

   Confederation Lounge is beautifully appointed with great upscale ambiance. Staff are welcoming and friendly, very service oriented, and really know their food and drink menu. We had an outstanding dinner and a memorable evening. Highly recommend for couples for a romantic outing and other folks wanting the Fairmount hotel experience!

   We were surprised how long it took anybody to even acknowledge us. Do servers have sections or do they just wing it? Go table-for-table? None of them seemed overly efficient? I was thinking maybe they couldn’t get their best staff to work New Year’s Day — anyway, you need a hot shot server in there to show all the FOH staff how to kick butt. Lol. My salmon was outstanding. Service is lacking— sorry to say!!

   The room is beautiful, although a small TV over the bar would be a nice idea. Our Server Gwen was outstanding. The food was "ok" but the cost was high for what we ordered. We have been going to this venue for many years and love the renovations that were done two years ago. Beautiful!

    Our experience at the Confederation Lounge was outstanding. Elle our server was very professional and efficient, attentive and super lovely. She made our evening. The dinner & drinks were delicious
