We have eaten here several times in the past. This time, was probably the best experience we’ve had here. The food was exceptional and the service was adequate. Each dish tasted unique and different. Sometimes in the past, the flavors were somewhat muddled. This time, however, everything was very distinctive. Well done!

Loved the Colorado dip and the mole dish! We loved reviewing their drink menu, everything we had was different but delicious. All of the staff were polite, nice and were happy to see our puppy. **DO NOT SKIP Dessert!!** Get the tres leches carrot cake!!! it’s a hefty portion for 2 people and so WORTH IT!! We will definitely be back.

I've eaten there and I've brought friends to eat there many times. The drinks are not cheap, but they are handmade and oh so good. I recommend the Paloma. Last night a group of us shared a couple of appetizers, then a rib eye steak and a pork shank, along with three desserts. Everybody raved about how the good the food was. Seriously good Mexican food.

Cocina is in our top 5 favorite spots in the Valley. The ambiance, food, drinks, and staff are always top notch. There’s not a single average food item on the menu, everything is amazing!!! We always look forward to our evening here.

First, and probably last time eating at CC. Service was slow, yet we were there before the rush: 6:15 PM res. The ambience was okay, but nothing special. The seating layout included a combo of indoor and outdoor dining along with bar seating, inside and out. Dining seats were uncomfortable and we kept hitting our achilles on the bottom portion of the seat as there is a support bar that runs from side-to-side on the front of the chairs. As for the food, these were the dishes we ate: wood fire elote, rajas con queso, chile relleno, chicharron and a bean dish (don't recall the name) under the primeros section. The wood fire elote was the best dish we had as everything else was just okay or bland. The lime and chile mayo was delicious and the corn was perfectly roasted. As for the rest, the chicharron was overcooked, dry and tough to chew. The rice that came with the chicharron was bland and in need of salt or some type of seasoning. In fact, I asked for salt and our waitress completely forgot to bring it to us. The chile relleno was decent but otherwise not memorable as there was no heat with it. The rajas con queso was oaky as well but the cheese and to veggie was way off; too many veggies, not enough cheese to support the dish, for us anyway. The bean dip was decent but again, nothing spectacular. Also, while we were there, there was another party that was having a birthday party. Two members of the party came and left after the restaurant said they could not put another two seats with birthday party table and stated they had to sit elsewhere. Those members dropped off their gift and promptly left. That is disheartening to see, especially since we were done eating and our table could have been used, except we had to ask for our check, twice, in order to leave and sat there waiting for about 10 minutes. Overall I was just not impressed.

We shared burrata & elote as appetizers then pork shank, chicken with mole, chiccaron & birria quesedilla...each & every item is excellent. Plentiful serving. We'll be back!
