   Fantastic all around! Beautiful and gothic atmosphere- so unique! Amazing drinks and food! Like nothing we’ve ever had before! And the murder mystery story in the menu was such a fun touch! We loved it so much!!

   Recommend! We had 5 in our group, 2 of which never embraced plant-based eating and even they were impressed and enjoyed the food. The atmosphere is so fun and Staff is fantastic.

   This was our fifth visit to Cloak & Dagger and we love to try a new drink and check out the new menus each time we come. Unfortunately, tonight's experience was a disappointment. We came with friends, and while we ordered all of our entrees together, they arrived so staggered that my entree arrived 20 minutes before one of my friends'. Moreover, the portion size of my dish, a risotto, was so small that by the time my friend's food was at the table, the risotto was cold, and my partner had completely finished his sandwich before the final entree hit the table. All of the food and drinks were tasty, so nothing wrong there, but the portions have gotten much smaller while the prices have gotten much higher, and while I've generally experienced good service at C&D, that wasn't the case tonight, even on a relatively quiet Sunday early evening. Again, everything was tasty and I highly respect the care that goes into these special cocktail and vegan food menus, but for the very high price point relative to other area vegan places, I expected better service and prices that reflect the "small plate"-style portion sizes.

   Sorry to let you down. On our menu it does explain that items from the kitchen will arrive to the table as they are finished and we have communicated to our staff to also verbalize this. Our kitchen is from scratch and very small, meaning we cannot hold food under a heat lap for everything to come out at the same time, we don't even have a heat lap. Everything is sent to the table as soon as it is plated so it is to be shared and enjoyed right away. Im glad everything was delicious and hope you return with understanding that our price reflects the quality.

   Fantastic intimate restaurant. Perfect for first dates and beyond. Atmosphere is dark and intimate, the staff is fun and responsive, and the specialty drinks are amazing. Food was even more amazing. Reservations definitely needed.
