CK’s our family owned business believes our business should be part of the solution and not part of the problem. We serve globally inspired food with an emphasis on seasonal and local ingredients. We recycle everything we can: metals, glass, paper and cardboard. Our used cooking oil goes to the local buisness man for his bio-fuel trucks. The vegetable scraps become compost for our garden. 15% of our energy is produced by our rooftop solar panels and solar hot water is on the way soon. Many of us commute to work on foot or by bike. Our food comes from several local farms and ranches and we purify our drinking water. Our goal is fresh healthy food that will feed your body and your soul.

It was a special occasion and we were put in the bar area where it was very loud. We asked to be moved to a quieter area where there were several vacant tables. We were told they were reserved. These tables were still vacant when we left.

The food was very good. The value was average. Had the crab cakes appetizer and there were only two of them plus a little coleslaw. I had the gaucho steak for my entree and it was very good. My friend had the rack of lamb which was also very good. Enjoyed the carrot cake after, but it did have nuts on the back so I only had one bite there and my tongue started itching(I’m allergic). Overall I’d rate it a 8.5/10.

Delicious dinner, great Finger Caesar salad, and Shrimp cocktail. Wonderful trout and burger. Lovely friendly staff and great service.
