Seating appears to be based in first come first served versus what you request so get there ahead. Then we were told the kitchen had an issue (their advertised time is 1.30 for lunch menu but this was at 2pm we were told it would open and then at 2 we were told there was an issue. Then close to 2.30 they went to take our order and the first dish we ordered they didn’t have. How can you start lunch and have items off your menu already. What I believe was happening is they were catering a large event next door and so the inventory was gone and they deliberately delayed everything to serve catering versus customers who had booked ahead of time. We got up and left …. At least they were good enough to comp the drinks we first had. Too many places to go and get good service and good food than to wait for this place.

Todo excelente, desde la bienvenida, nos tocó sentarnos casi frente al ángel de la independencia y las vistas únicas. Recomiendo agendar a las 6pm si quieres ver el atardecer. La comida excelente, muy rica. Solo como sugerencia debería haber un poco más de variedad en comida y postres. El servicio del mesero también excelente, muy servicial y atento. En general una experiencia única.

No muy grato el servicio 14 de febrero, la comida me dejo mucho q desear, ojo no digo q fue mala pero muy simple, y limitarte a una estancia de 2 horas se me hizo muy descortés.

Second time visiting Citizen, I will definitely recommend coming after 5 pm since the sun hits your face and feels strong to the skin. Their menu didn’t had that many options to choose from. Drinks are good and service is good as well

Lugar muy bonito, la vista increíble. Pedimos chilaquiles, les falta picor a mi parecer. El pan que pedimos estaba delicioso, pedimos también la cerveza artesanal que tienen recomendada 100%. Servicio poco lento por parte de la mesera pero muy bien, excelente servicio del chico de la entrada llamado Sebastián, muy profesional. Volvería sin dudarlo.
