   The food was good but I think, maybe, recently changed ownership. It was slightly different than I recall it was the last time I went which was a little disappointing as the food the first time I went was flaw less. It was still good but some of the ingredients changed. Also I tried to order a few cocktail and they were all out of some of the alcohol for them, I had this happen a couple of weeks prior for the same cocktail so it was disappointing it happened twice in a row.

   Have been going there for couple years … now under new management and will not go back again. Waiting staff no knowledge of menu. I ordered the special steak of the day. Had to send it back to the kitchen as I couldn’t even chew it. No compensation or ask to redo this or didn’t even take the cost or part cost off the bill. Very disappointing as I will local and “was” a great little quality restaurant

   My first experience a few months ago was superb and I was really excited to have such a great place close by. However on return, service was lacking, and the food was average, small portions and quite bland.Coffee was clearly made by someone without training. Unlikely to return or recommend to others.

   Our booking was for a late sitting. We had dined previously here so wanted to bring friends back. We were looking forward to some staple dishes on their menu to be told after ordering they had none left. This happened with a few dishes and even syrup used for drinks. However our food was lovely but missed out on the ricotta donuts. Take an early sitting to avoid missing out on a favourite dish.

   This has been my worst ever restaurant experience. We sat at 7:30 and didn’t receive our drink order (a bottle of wine) for 1 hour!!! Then our food took 1.5hrs and two of the meals didn’t come out. They blamed it on their system not working. However, for their staff to not be attentive enough to realise we’d been sitting there without anything for hours, is ridiculous. I will never come back here and am shocked by the ratings they currently have as that’s why we booked it. I’ll reiterate that this was my worst ever restaurant experience.

   As soon as we walked in we were greeted nicely. Our waitress was lovely but unfortunately got confused on what we ordered. Example we ordered 2 of the same drinks got one. Then we asked 3 times for a drink and didn’t receive it. To be honest could not be bothered asking again. Food was ok we have had better. When we got up to leave and pay we were left waiting while the some staff were busy doing other things and others could clearly serve us. To be honest we will not return.

   Noelene was very personable on arrival. We were in good hands at the outset. Cocktails, wine and risotto with prawns were sublime. The Italian speaking waitress/hand from the kitchen was lovely to chat with and practice my Italian with. Thank you team Cichetti for a taste of my childhood home.

   We didn’t expect to be paying so little for such high value service We have heard so many good things and live so close we haven’t tried it since we moved to the area so it was a must and so lucky we did because we had the absolute best experience there
