   we were immediately and pleasantly greeted, quickly shown our table and seated, waited greeted us immediately, asked for our drink orders. The appetizers were delivered quickly, but the entrees (3 filets and crab cakes) were materially delayed. Overall the service was very good. However, the environment was much too loud to carry on a conversation. This is the first time I have experienced this at Chops.

   Kirsten was a fabulous service person, making recommendations and attending exactly the correct amt of time to the table.

   Chops is an Atlanta icon, for sure. But the food this time certainly wasn’t worth the prices. Our service was fantastic (Rodney) though! Chops is not what it used to be!

   We enjoyed our dinner very much. The service was excellent. The only thing we can negatively comment on is the cut of our lamb chops. They were super fatty and tough. Perhaps a different cut of lamb would work better?

   A pretty disappointing night at a place we normally enjoy. My wife used the restroom as we arrived and reported that it was a mess and needed servicing. As we left an hour and a half later it had not been touched and was now a disaster. Can tell so much about management of any establishment by how they care for the restrooms. Service was very slow, steak came out way undercooked, and overall the food was average at best. Water service was on point though. He was the only one hustling in the place. Probably be a while before we return.

   Never brought out one of the salads. One one the medium rare steaks was well done. Servers disappeared for long periods of time. Meal took over 3 and half hours. Food was brought out at different times for everyone
