   I always love going to Chops during the holidays, but I think the cooks must have been overwhelmed today. My sister and I both ordered our steaks medium-rare and they came out medium/medium-well. Normally, I would have said something to the server but she was slammed and given it’s the holidays, I didn’t want to be that customer and complain. I hope this was a one-off experience and their quality and service doesn’t decline. Just wanted to make sure the chefs are aware.

   Chops is always a good experience. This was the 3rd time I celebrated my birthday at this location. The food and service is always first class.

   Apps and steaks were incredible. Lobster and crab cakes for appetizers. Unsal helped us throughout our time at the restaurant and was most helpful and attentive. Can’t wait to return.

   Chops is by far my favorite place to go for fine dining. It is without equal in Atlanta in my opinion. Food, service and atmosphere are outstanding.

   I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to your restaurant on December 16th, 2024. From the start, the host’s behavior was concerning. Not only did they step on my shoes multiple times without acknowledgment, but they also came across as aggressive and inattentive. They failed to engage in any meaningful conversation about the food, checked on our table only once, and the overall service was unacceptably slow. The most troubling part occurred at the end of the meal. After receiving the bill, the host expressed dissatisfaction with the tip and returned to request a change. This is entirely inappropriate and unprofessional, as tipping is at the discretion of the customer based on service quality. I value dining experiences that prioritize customer comfort and hospitality, and unfortunately, this visit fell short of those expectations. This was my first time here and I will not be coming back. I hope you address these issues to ensure future guests do not have a similar experience.

   Harrison and Tamer were terrific! Steaks were perfectly cooked, the truffle fries were amazing, and desserts were spot on. Definitely started a family Christmas celebration tradition!

   We had the most amazing and delicious Christmas lunch at Chops! We kicked things off with some bubbly champagne and tasty stone crab seafood towers. Then, we enjoyed a fabulous course of caviar with all the delightful toppings! We spent hours there, soaking up the great vibe and having a wonderful time. Plus, the service was absolutely top-notch!

   As always we had a lovely experience. The holidays are an extra special time to spend at Chops. It’s my go to for special occasions and this time did not disappoint.
