The Garden has existed in some form since 1988, making us the oldest restaurant in Avon. In its current form, The Garden is back under family ownership and operation, harking back to simpler and friendly times when an evening was spent making new friends and debating over which mountain to ski the next day. We know the valley is considered a "vacation home" for many, but we like to place the emphasis on home; come join our family, break bread, and make some new memories.

Fantastic family-run restaurant just steps away from the crowds in Beaver Creek. Food was delicious with fresh and well-cooked vegetables galore. Service could not have been better - it's a family-run place and they make you feel like you are part of the family. Well worth a stop when skiing Beaver Creek and we will definitely be back!

Went on a very busy holiday and the service was a little slow but understandable. My meal was good but our kids meal was cold on the inside. Overall the experience was OK.

Great place for dinner and apps. Had the nice and warm hot n sour soup and the Singapore rice noodles. Both were delicious. Sherv at the bar makes a delicious cocktail every time. Service is fast and food is great. Will come back. Again. And again.

Great German Food menu. Orange chicken a little too spicy. Be sure to ask for not too spicy if ordering orange chicken. Overall great experience and good food.

Appreciated that they noticed they had a missed call from me and a reservation and took the initiative to call back. They are so welcoming and food is delicious… half of us enjoyed German pop up menu while the other ate Chinese… it will be our “go to” Chinese restaurant in the Vail Valley! German was very good too!

The German menu at China Garden is an unexpected delight: gourmet traditional German dishes, prepared by an expert German chef. My favorite is the the Jägerschnitzel, with a delicious mushroom sauce. We'll be back!

The food is terrific - great portion size and flavor is spot on. Scallion pancakes are a delicious starter. Green curry has a nice flavor and spice level. Owners are a long time valley family and are present and participate thru the whole evening. Bar options are top shelf. Most mixers are homemade with fresh ingredients and Shervin makes terrific drinks of all sorts. Nice to enjoy a great meal among people who care. It shows!
