Just had a drink in the bar. Food to go. Atmosphere is always friendly with bar patrons getting to know each other and the bartenders joining in appropriately Food is upscale and delicious.

It was a nice experience, we were expecting a little more on the Beef dish (Picanha) which was not the cut itself whatsoever, but everything tasted good.

Hi there, thank you for coming in and your feedback! On that dish, it is labeled "Picanha" on the menu with “parentheses” because it is missing the ¼ inch fat layer normally found on that cut of meat. Other than that, it is the Picanha cut or rump cap of the sirloin, and this is how the American butcher at Stube Ranch processes their Wagyu. If you can, let me know who your server was, we can make sure they are letting tables know (it does not have the fat cap). Please let us know if you would like to talk further on this or we would be happy to adjust your bill and take off the entrée portion of your meal. Excellent service and extensive wine list, such as 28 choices for sparkling & champagne wines. The food we ordered was also very good. Only criticism is that the main course choices were limited.

A hidden gem in Northern Colorado. This is a romantic restaurant with low noise level, cozy ,and great ambience. The have a great menu and the service is superb. We could not be more pleased

I love everything here! Thank you for putting up with my flaky reservations, lol. Having a lady sommelier and server was just the icing on my solo dinner. Loved everything.

Great tasting menu. It was busy for a tuesday night but the service was outstanding, even when the food took a little longer they complimented us with some additional dishes and wine! Great night.

This is a very nice restaurant. Very opulent food and priced accordingly. I have always enjoyed it. I made an early reservation 4:30 so we could try their happy hour and said just that on the reservation. It was my friends birthday and knew she would not let me buy her dinner for the regular menu prices. They arrived before me and there was not any low top tables left for happy hour dining. They made my friends feel horrible, cheap and unwelcome and put them at a table they wanted to leave open for full meal diners in a snotty manor. The waitress didn't seemed thrilled at first but came around and was great. We enjoyed the rest of our evening. The happy hour food was a great sampling and priced reasonable. Keep this in mind when you make reservations.
