CHICA Las Vegas, an innovative concept from John Kunkel’s 50 Eggs Hospitality Group takes guests through a culinary journey of Latin flavor. Critically acclaimed and touted in Las Vegas Magazine as the “Latin-dining hot spot,” CHICA serves up an array of show stopping dishes created by Celebrity Chef, Lorena Garcia in a playfully, vibrant atmosphere.

Latin Fusion cuisine is Chef Garcia’s forte. Appetizers, main courses, desserts, and even cocktails are crafted with an infusion of cultural heritage allowing diners to explore multiple cuisines all at once. CHICA’s menu presents a dynamic take on classic Latin dishes, from the tastes of Venezuela, Peru, Brazil, Mexico and Argentina.     Food, service, vibe - everything was fantastic. Only small thing was we had an early-ish reservation and we were sat directly in front of the very busy open kitchen. It ended up giving some entertainment but would have expected a better location given the time.

    This is a real Vegas gem! Awesome menu that offers a wide array of specials to satisfy any taste. Their Bloody Mary was one of the best I’ve had.

    Gorgeous atmosphere, delicious mini ricotta lemon donuts, we ordered the chorizo pouched eggs on arepa and it tasted amazing. It’s definitely one of my favourite new places in Vegas.

    Had to wait 20 minutes more with a 6:30pm reservation. Salmon was overcooked, not medium. Too loud, electronic music, lot of thumping. Caesar and tuna tartar were good.

    The food was good and served quickly which we appreciated since we were on our way to a show. Our waiter was great and they comped us our drinks because of a mixup that happened when we were being seated.

    Great dinner with interesting flavor profiles around every corner. Caesar salad is a must! Only issue I have had is that the desserts are a little lackluster compared to everything else. Top notch place that could use a little more focus on pastry.

    Loved this restaurant! Such a fun night after the Eagles concert, glad they served dinner late, the lemon caper Salmon was the best! Excellent service, loud lively music, dancing girls with fire show, they even handed out light shakers, danced to the DJ afterwards, such a good time! A new favorite when in Vegas.

    Had a business dinner for a party of 8. Food was highly rated by all guests. The options for diners with dietary restrictions was good. The noise level was very loud so it was hard to hear each other which was the only negative. The appetizers were tasty but very small so glad we ordered multiple of each for our 8 guests. The plantain chips with the gauc and salsa were a hit. The lobster, the short ribs and the ribeye were among the entree favs. We ended the night with the tres leches and of course since it is Vegas, we got the Flaming Skull! Fun presentation and rich chocolate delivered a great ending to a great meal.
