   Valentine's Dinner at Chevys I recently visited Chevys for a Valentine’s Day dinner and had a somewhat mixed experience. Despite having a reservation, we were seated 20+ minutes late, which set a less than ideal tone for the evening. The overall energy felt a bit off, and the staff didn’t exude much personality, which could be due to a lack of professional training. I was drawn to the advertised Valentine’s Special on OpenTable, which included a champagne toast and a prefixed menu. However, the champagne was brought to us pre-poured, and no information was provided about what we were drinking, which detracted from the experience. After being seated, we were informed that the food would be another 30 minutes behind. Unfortunately, the ambiance felt more akin to a sports bar after a game rather than a romantic Valentine’s setting. That being said, the food itself was not bad, and the server was kind and attentive. As food enthusiasts, my wife and I were a bit disappointed with the overall experience, but we understand that these things happen. With a few improvements in training and ambiance, Chevys has the potential to offer a more enjoyable dining experience.

   We went to Chevy’s for an early Valentine’s dinner with a group of friends. We had the Valentine’s Day special menu and the food was great and the service. We had our great server Hugo to serve us. We ask for him all the time. We love Chevy’s

   The drinks were amazing and so was the food! It was my first time here and I will be coming back for sure!!! Also the server was amazing and attentive! 🩷

   Had dinner on Saturday night. I loved the light chips and the salsa was fabulous Our server was great. The food was very good. All and all, a lovely experience. Thank you

   We're regulars here, but last night's experience was pretty disappointing. Our server Pedro was the worst server we've ever had in all the years we've gone here. He was pretty clueless as to our needs other than offering drink refills. We had no silverware, chips, and salsa. No tortillas for my wife and daughter's fajitas. I asked for the tableside guacamole and was given some that was made in the kitchen that wasn't how I would've liked it. So we were essentially overcharged since the kitchen guacamole is made in batches and considerably cheaper. When I brought it to his attention, he didn't do anything. I asked to speak to a female manager before we left, and she seemingly didn't care. They've been going downhill since they discontinued serving skirt steak for their fajitas and opted for cheaper sirloin. I don't anticipate us rushing back here after these shenanigans.

    Excellent service and amazing staff! We loved everyone whom we encountered, they made our bday dinner so much more special today! We truly enjoyed our time at Chevy’s and the food was absolutely delicious. We will return again soon in the future!
