To further strengthen the partnership with Hawaii’s local farmers and fishermen, Chef Chai co-founded Hawaii Island Chefs (HIC), the second generation of Hawaii Regional Cuisine Chefs. This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while! The tasting menu was superb, the entertainment was fantastic, the service outstanding and the restaurant beautifully decorated. Next time I’m in Honolulu, I’ll be dining at Chef Chai’s.

お料理も美味しかったし、スタッフの方の対応も大変良かったですアニバーサリーである事を事前に伝えたところデザートをプレゼントしていただきました雰囲気も素敵で又行きたいお店ですお値段もワイキキに比べるとリーズナブルな気がしますお料理はシグネチャーになってる海老は食べる価値ありです

The wine pairing with the Caymus Cabs was perfect! Great choices! Great service from Randy, Dustin, and Andrea was truly fantastic! The food was unbelievable! Perfect Pistachio crusted beef tenderloin, amazing sticky rice stuffed with pork belly, and Mongolian Style Lamb Chops!! Great value!
