   I read several excellent reviews but was still impressed with how good this place was! Very cute and clean and food was so good. There was only 1 waiter and 1 bartender so service was a little slow but food came out quickly. The hummus and pita were some of the best I ever had. The dumplings were HUGE and had a delicious soup inside. The meat in the dumplings was a little fatty but many people like that. The Cheeseboat (we had steak and mushroom) was out of this world good. I expected the meat to be gross but it was excellent, mushrooms and onions were perfectly cooked and cheese and bread were fabulous! This was an excellent meal!

   I (a Georgian) took my colleagues here for dinner. An absolute joy! The food was to die for, the service was impeccable. The price ended up being great for the quality of food and service and location! Cheese bread is a true OG, but a simple bean dish and a Georgian salad will blow your mind! Also, we noticed a guest eating the soup dumplings with both of his hands and feet (a Georgian expression when u like foo).

   Cheeseboat is the best place I’ve ever eaten at in my life. No joke or exaggeration. Kind and warm staff as well! 10/10

   Cozy, charming, unpretentious spot with super friendly service and pretty good Georgian food. The dumplings and the chicken entree were standouts. Fair prices and moderate noise level. Thank you, Nica for your patience and attentiveness! We had fun.

   We had a wonderful lunch before theater matinee. Staff were very hospitable and welcoming. The food was unique and very tasty. We had fermented/pickled vegetables with an eggplant starter that was outstanding. The salad sampler was very good with 4 different vegetable pastes. Our final shared dish was the magic mushroom cheeseboat which needed more people to share it. We also tried red Georgian wine. We passed on dessert.

    The food was so delicious, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. A fantastic departure from our normal pre-theater spots. Definitely going into the lineup!
