   My wife and I took the rare opportunity to have a date night at Chasin’ Tails. The staff were all extremely personable and helpful throughout the entire experience. Highly recommend the Australian King Prawns and the Crudo. Every cocktail was well balanced and beautifully presented. My wife and I decided to walk next door to Vue for an evening ending libation, where we ran into Ashley, whom my wife had been greeted by at Chasin’ Tails. We were unaware she was one of the owners of both restaurants! One of the best ambassadors you could ask for. We are looking forward to trying their other venue Roll Play after seeing the high quality and immaculate customer service at both Chasin’ Tails and Vue.

   This was my first time visiting during HH and man, was this HH a HIT! We kicked things off with a ½ dozen raw oysters and a ½ dozen charbroiled oysters each. The raw oysters were incredibly fresh, and the charbroiled ones were buttery, flavorful, and paired with the softest bread that I devoured. From there, we shared the brussels sprouts, calamari, citrus salad, and fried shrimp, all with a side of the oh dang sauce—which I could have literally drank. Everything came out hot, fresh, and absolutely phenomenal. My only note is that the shrimp had a bit more breading than I typically prefer, but they were still delicious. The best part? Since we went during happy hour, all of this was just $36 per person, including tip—an absolute steal! I’ll definitely be back for happy hour again soon. Highly recommend!

   The oysters with the yuzu mignonette were delicious… could easily eat a couple dozen. Always come and never have any complaints.

   Food was excellent as always, but our server Josh R was absolutely FANTASTIC! Very accommodating and polite. Would come again and ask for him to be our server! Thank you Josh!

   Outstanding experience. Friendly attentive service. Sam was our server and he was great. We started with the chicken wings since it’s a very popular item on their menu and they were excellent. It was a mistake because we knew we were gonna be getting a lot of food. We ordered the whole dang thing appetizer. It came with fried catfish, calamari, gator bites, shrimp, and Cajun fries. It was all perfectly cooked. it was enough for dinner for the both of us. But we forged ahead and ordered the three of a kind seafood pot. That came with three snow crab clusters, andouille sausage shrimp, mussels, corn on the cob, potatoes, and garlic noodles. It was a very messy and delicious joy. We got it with their signature sauce. Next time I think we’ll opt for just garlic butter. Garlic butter. If you haven’t been, go now!
