   The bar staff was not interested in serving bar patrons. We told them that we were here an hour early and wanted to visit the bar. The bartender pointedly stated that he’s on a fourteen hour day. During our hour, we had one drink. We would’ve loved to have ordered a starter and other drinks, but no one even came back to ask. Many staff behind the bar, all ignored us. Dinner was okay at best. We sent two of the same entrees back due to a strong fishy taste. First and last visit here.

   My husband and I went there for Christmas dinner. They had a three course meal for $69. Fantastic value! We each had surf and turf, salad and a dessert would highly recommend.

   One of our favorite special occasion restaurants. We have never been disappointed. The setting is lovely and the food always superb.

   It was a very nice dining experience all around. Food and service was good. We just didn’t realize that the Christmas dinner was a set menu with a flat price. There were entree choices and it was still good, just didn’t expect it. We have dined here before and will definitely be back!

   We scheduled our Christmas Dinner here. I was so excited as the set menu options were quite extensive. My only disappointment was I specifically ordered the plain grilled fish as I felt assured there would be no sauce or hidden ingredients as I have unusual allergies (garlic, onions, cilantro) - so I was surprised when the plain grilled fish was lightly (thankfully) drizzled with an unknown cream sauce and served on a veggie medley full of onions. Thankfully I am not deathly allergic, but it meant I couldn't eat a fair part of my meal. Thankfully course 1 and 3 were absolutely allergy free! Beautiful setting and great service.

   Food was good with the exception of the vegetables served with the Lobster tails. The broccoli was very bad and the other veggies did not taste good, seasoning?? The rest of the dinner was great.

   Worst experience ever. We have been loyal customers for 35+ years and I never thought I would ever give a review like this. Chart House has become the place where we celebrate birthdays and holidays, but in the past year this location has seriously deteriorated. The food this time ranks as some of the worst we’ve had anywhere. Presentation was absolutely horrible and showed a complete lack of care or attention to detail. The calamari appetizer came unevenly sauced, with a large pool on one end dribbling down the bottom of the plate and onto the table. Salads were tiny. The lobster tails were overcooked and tough; the grilled vegetables burnt and inedible. Prime rib was under seasoned and only warm; mashed potatoes congealed. Server was nice, but slow and inattentive. We observed that the table next to us got so frustrated they flagged down another server and asked that person to find the one serving our tables. We are not planning on returning anytime in the near future. Just not worth paying top dollar for a substandard meal.

    Excellent Christmas dinner. The menu was a structured 3 course (4 salad/soup options and 10 dinner entrees). The lobster bisque and Caesars salad were excellent. Dinner of lobster tail(s) and Chilean Sea Bass, with a very good lobster risotto. Mud pie was sinfully good and the coffee was served hot (not always a given). Nice wine list but pricey and not loaded with great values. We had the 2022 Stags Leap Chardonnay ($80) and it was outstanding. Great team service with Miles as our server. He was personable and knowledgeable. Thanks All!
