   Requested Brocolli with meal. I received hard dark booted brocoli flower stems. Bolting happens when temp is too cold and plant bolts. Farmers throw away the bolt flowers. Wife's Backet potatoes wasn't cooked thoroughly. Over microwaved and not cooked through. For a $101 we were not impressed.

   Me and my boyfriend had the best experience for our anniversary. We had KerriAnne as our waitress. She was phenomenal even though it was a busy night she still gave the best service and made the experience for fun. The food was amazing. We got the lamb chops and steak which was really good. I got the expresso martini soufflé which was awesome! On top of that chart house made customize anniversary menus for us which was a nice touch! Thank you chart house and KerriAnne for a wonderful anniversary experience!

   We had a 6:30pm reservation, seated at 6:45pm at a dirty table next to an exit door. Silverware, trash, napkins under the table and a dirty table cloth. Instead of reseating us, we stood while they cleaned the area. They offered a free appetizer, that we had to have taken off the check when it arrived. Food was decent, not great and the server seemed stressed. Ordered three after dinner coffees that arrived cold. Asked for new ones and we're told that they were supposed to be cold but that was not in the description on the menu. At this point, it just felt like the server wanted us to leave. I'd say we were pretty disappointed in our experience after reading the great reviews. Will not be recommending this restaurant but we had fabulous food and experiences elsewhere in the beautiful city of Savannah!

   Our server Carianne was wonderful, answered all of questions, made suggestions, truly likes her job, you can tell! Ambiance was great, we were in a corner in back of one of the rooms. Easy to chat.

   She crab soup, Pasta, Seabass are very salty. The server looks like a new, never bring bread, until middle of the meal, without butter. Order another beer, after 10 minutes, told out of stock. Order Course Dinner, charge each item separately, came out over charge, I called back to the restaurant, and talked with GM,who do not understand my point, keep saying he do not understand, to refuse the refund, After heat conversation between us, he told me that DO NOT COME BACK, then hang up. Of course, I will never go back to terrble place.

   Lauren was great, the food was amazing and the chef even walked our entrees out to our table and served us on a very busy night in the restaurant. We could not have been more impressed. We’ll definitely be back!

   We had prime rib and a small steak filet. Drinks, appetizers soup and both entrees were all delicious. Service was exceptional We will return and would highly recommend it to others. It was a wonderful experience during our early Christmas vacation.

    Everything was amazing. The atmosphere was great. The hostess , the server, the manager , and the chef were all super nice. The drinks, the appetizers, the steak, The oysters were all so good. The price is worth it.
