   We went for a birthday celebration and had made a reservation. We were promptly seared and given menus that were personalized with the celebrants name, which was a nice touch.y husband ordered a Caesar salad that came in a baked cheese bowl which was delicious. He also ordered a filet, which was done to perfection. I ordered the sea bass with pineapple salsa. It was like butter and melted in your mouth. Our server,Kerryann was charming and very attentive. It was a wonderful dinner and terrific way to celebrate a dinner

   Landry’s have terrible business practices. Long wait times for customers Long wait times for managers trying to resolve issues and their website is not working properly. Chart house, Savannah, Georgia food was great lobster tail was still a little rubbery maybe consider cooking it differently. The manager and the waitress was over the top. They were great. Landry’s is their own enemy.

   Service was extremely slow. Unusually so. The apps were good but the entrees were cold and not fresh tasting. The fish was not blackened and veggies were cold. The restaurant was out of crab, baked potatoes, sea bass. Disappointing to have so many items missing in what is considered not a busy time of the year. We had not eaten at this restaurant in a long time and always knew it to be one of quality. We were sorely disappointed. Not what we have been used to in the past.

   We have been here several times and last night was a disappointment it took over an hour to get our food and it was cold when we got it. My Chileans sea bass was small and over cooked.

   We never actually ordered food, because we sat at our table for 10 minutes before even being greeted and given water. When we were finally greeted, we ordered cocktails which took 15 minutes to arrive. When they did arrive, they were tasteless and watered down. We gave up and went to a pub instead.

    This was my first dining experience at Chart House and it was a big disappointment. First, I requested a window seat about a month in advance. There were two available, but the host wouldn't let us sit there as he just sat another group by a window and wanted to even out the tables for the waiters. The waitress told us they were known for their Chilean sea bass and their prime rib. The Chilean sea bass was very fishy, which made me believe it was really just sea bass.. My husband tried it, and agreed, it was very fishy and didn't think it was Chilean sea bass. My husband mentioned about the Chilean sea bass to the waitress. I didn't want to make a big stink, so I said not to say anything to the chef. I was told the Chilean sea bass came with lobster risotto, which we found out later was an additional $7. I didn't taste or see any lobster in the lobster risotto. My husband's prime rib was a little on the tough side, certainly not what we were expecting when we were told it is one of the dishes they're known for. When the waitress came to the table to see if we wanted dessert, you could see, my fish was only missing about 2 bites. A classy place, would have taken the Chilean sea bass off the bill. However, we were charged the full $47 for it. Needless to say, we will not be returning here.
