    Have loved dining at this restaurant for years, but our last couple of visits have shown cracks in the base. Dirty table linens, crusty salt and pepper shakers, sloppy handling of wine pours… Luckily, the food has not suffered and our meal was amazing. Also the service was fantastic. Just a few little details that could make their dinner so much better, attention to detail matters in my opinion.

    This was going to be our second time at this location, and since we had an amazing experience the first time we thought, why not. The check in was horrible 😔 we got there at 7:45pm for a 8pm reservation and were told to wait until closer to 8pm. We thought no problem, we'll sit and wait. We noticed couples were coming in and were being seated 2-3 minutes after waiting. Then we noticed couples at the bar that were waiting were called but chose to stay at the bar and we were still being overlooked. Then 2 groups of 4 came in and again were seated before us. At this point it's 8pm, so we figured okay it's our turn, nope, she then called another couple that had just walked in and sat down. We were finally called at 8:05pm. I'm sorry, but it felt very intentional. We thought the table by the window made up for it, but the food was not up to par. Definitely wouldn't be on the list the next time we are in town.

    There were a couple of empty seats at the bar, so we decided to stay there for our entire meal. Matt and all of the bar staff were amazing!
