    Enjoyed their Christmas three-course dinner this afternoon. The Chart House never disappoints! Everything was perfect — the food, the service, the ambiance and no noise whatsoever ever so refreshing despite a full house!

    Over all it was an enjoyable experience, the Staff were overwhelmed with the overbooking for Christmas dinner. First attempt with our meals was a big zero cold to the touch- but they rectified that with two hot meals Not the service staff fault they couldn't handle the crowd of customers

    Lovely Christmas lunch, great food, fabulous service. We really appreciated the extra effort made by our server and other staff. Loved the entire meal.

    On Christmas Eve, Chart House did an excellent job. I’m so grateful to have this gem in our neighborhood. We had a very attentive server. We had a lovely evening. Thank you Chart House Boston.

    Wonderful Christmas Eve dinner!! The place was decorated beautifully!! The Christmas menu was excellent just enough food and excellent choices. Our waitress was excellent. All the staff were so attentive and friendly. Excellent all around!! This is our 2nd time going on Christmas and it’s definitely a great choice for Christmas or any other occasion!!

    Price fixe meal on Christmas Eve was outstanding. Had the shellfish pasta. Loaded with shellfish! Service was outstanding. Atmosphere was perfect - old New England style building with open beams and red brick. A wonderful experience!!!

    Service was very slow, waitress disappeared for extended periods of time. Took 40 mins from being seated to receive the $200 bottle of wine. When food was brought out the sides were forgotten. We were almost done with the meal before I was able to locate the waitress about the sides. Despite being ordered when we fist sat down (2 hrs passed) the chocolate molten cake was delivered more than 30 mins after dinner completed. Told it was a popular dessert and a lot of others ahead of us. Tipped waitress 15% when ai usually tip 22-25%. She had the audacity to come downstairs and ask if my math was off because she has to tip out support staff and it comes direct from the charged amount and not the tip amount. Very unorganized, inattentive and unprofessional waitress… Mia.
