Charley's Steak House is owned by the Woodsby family and has operated in Florida since 1974. Charley’s serves only three-year-old USDA prime and choice Angus steers, aging them four to six weeks for tenderness & flavor and hand-cutting the steaks daily to ensure consistent quality. The steaks are then flame-broiled over Florida citrus and oak wood in a custom-built pit at 1200º searing in the tantalizing taste that has made Charley’s the #1 steakhouse in America every year since 2007! Charley’s philosophy of providing only the finest extends from the kitchen to the wine cellar. The wine list approaches 1000 selections from scores of exceptional wineries around the globe.     This restaurant did not disappoint and been very professional. The service was outstanding! The food is excellent. We will continue to visit Charley’s Steakhouse and can’t wait to visit at their new location once it’s complete!

    Everything was great as always! I made a reservation on Open Table for two and seated in a booth in the bar area. Our table was ready and exactly where we like to sit. Anthony, our server, was great! We enjoyed the escargot, a rib eye, a filet along with the lobster Mac and cheese, SO delicious. Finally finished with a dessert drink, an espresso martini 👍🏻 We can’t wait to go back!

    Our evening at Charleys on NYE was amazing! Matt, our server, was excellent! Our entrees, the porterhouse and the filet, were prepared to perfection. Everything was wonderful! Thank you!

    The general manager was rude when I spoke to him through the phone. He was not only rude to me on the phone, but also in person to me and other members of my party. Their food was delicious but pricey, as expected from a fine dining establishment. The server/ waitress was actually really nice and patient with us but took long to check on us, although she was extremely busy. This was my first experience at Charley’s steak house and overall, did not leave a good impression at all when comparing it to other fine dining establishments.
