Charley's Steak House is owned by the Woodsby family and has operated in Florida since 1974. Charley’s serves only three-year-old USDA prime and choice Angus steers, aging them four to six weeks for tenderness & flavor and hand-cutting the steaks daily to ensure consistent quality. The steaks are then flame-broiled over Florida citrus and oak wood in a custom-built pit at 1200º searing in the tantalizing taste that has made Charley’s the #1 steakhouse in America every year since 2007! Charley’s philosophy of providing only the finest extends from the kitchen to the wine cellar. The wine list approaches 500 selections from scores of exceptional wineries around the globe. Charley’s has been recognized with numerous awards including “Best of Award of Excellence” from Wine Spectator magazine, DiRōNA and Orlando Magazine’s“ Best Steak House & Best Old Favorite”.     We treat ourselves to dinner at Charley's a couple of times a year for special occasions and we have never been disappointed. I must say our dinner last night was exceptional. I had the filet and my husband had the salmon. We both were extremely pleased with our meal and service.

    for price for food the dress code should be more formal y add said no T-shirt no flip-flop and we were well dressed so we were a little disappointment with the other dress codes people walk in with

    I have eaten at Charlie’s many times it was my first in Celebration. Service was a bit slow at the beginning, we got there 10-15 before our reservation and felt we were forgotten for a bit, there were parties same side that were sat before we did, even though we were there much earlier than most. Tony our server was on point the whole night, the food was amazing, once we got our first drinks and water things got much better. Charlie’s is and has been always a favorite of mine. Will always go back.

    Had an 8:15 reservation for Valentine’s Day and I want to say everything went as smoothly as possible. We arrived and were seated promptly, the entire staff was great. A shoutout to our server Ed! We ordered the porterhouse, fried shrimp, and cauliflower. For drinks we had the mai tai and blueberry hibiscus lemonade. We were so full by the end but could not leave without a butter cake to go. Overall very pleased with our experience and highly recommend Charley’s for any special occasion.

    Great food offerings from crab cake appetizers to cauliflower (You have to try this!), and of course the steaks themselves. We had Angus ribeye w/ truffle butter topping. Key lime pie w/ crushed macadamia nuts crust was sublime.
