    Mala experiencia diferente a las veces anteriores, no habia postres y no nos dijeron al principio, además los shows eran hasta la noche tampoco dice en ningún lado, fuimos a festejar a 2 personas mi mamá y mi hijo x cumpleaños h muy mala experiencia tardaron demasiado los platillos, ni hablar y x el precio no valió la pena

    El servicio fue pésimo, 20 min para que nos llevaran la carta, 40 min para que nos llevaran los platillos pero en cuando llevaron los alimentos, un mesero no dejaba de insistir en retirarnos las cosas cuando era claro que aún estábamos comiendo

    Had Christmas night dinner with the family. Food and ambiance were great ; service was not terrific. I guess staff was overwhelmed considering the date but as an ultra high end entertainment restaurant they should’ve be prepared. I still highly recommend though.

    Hemos visitado cancun y cdmx y siempre genial, delicioso! Súper ambiente y los meseros geniales. Solo un detalle, debe ser más gentil y con carisma la hostess de arriba, es la primera cara a la experiencia del restaurante

    Showed up for a reservation and was told it would take two hours to seat me. No apology. Nothing. I left because like, I wanted to eat, and they then fraudulently marked me as a no show to open table. Not just bad service but unethical behavior.
