Chamas do Brazil, which means “Flames of Brazil,” is an authentic Brazilian Steakhouse. Our special meat roasting method is based on the old gaucho tradition from several centuries ago, known as churrasco. Churrasco was originated in Southern Brazil, where Gauchos (Brazilian Cowboys) pierced different types of meat and grilled them over open flamed pits. The concept is to serve a wide variety of different cuts of beef, lamb, pork, and chicken to each diner individually right at their table.

A meal typically begins with a trip to our amazing salad bar, which consist of over 60 different items of fresh vegetables, homemade dressings, imported cheeses, cured meat, and etc., along with several hot dishes. We also serve a selection of side dishes at your table. The main course will start when you flip your coaster-sized chip from the red side to the green side, signaling the Gaucho Chefs that you’re ready to be served. To stop the service of meat, flip the chip to the red side.

I booked a dinner for 9 people for a business get together and it couldn’t have gone better. The waitress was great and the food was out of this world. From the salad bar to the main course was delicious and we of course finished with perfect sweets to end the night. Thank you for a fantastic meal and we will all be back!

it was too crowded. They added way too many chairs in there for Valentine’s Day. I felt like we were way too close to the other people and we did not have the regular tables. The little bitty tables that we had looks like backyard tables.

This is the worst experience I’ve had at chamas since I started going there. I made reservations early and was still seated inside of a small room packed with multiple tables. The table was small to accommodate the food and drinks and cramped against the wall of the room. My wife eats meats at a different temperature than I and she did not receive options she preferred often. At 60.00 per plate that’s unexceptable. We will unfortunately look for other places to eat for special occasions next time. I am highly disappointed with everything about this restaurant today.

was there for Valentine's Day. Salad Bar had great variety and well presented. The meats were well prepared and well seasoned. Staff was attentive but not overbearing. Our server was well informed as to wine pairings. The Gauchos responded quickly to special requests for doneness. Chamas has reclaimed it's place as our favorite Brazilian Steakhouse.

The experience overall was OK. The food was good but way too overpriced for the lack of how many times we were offered meats. We went with the intentions knowing it would be expensive but it goes back to the lack of service. This will be my first and only time going.

Great atmosphere, excellent cuts of meat, very professional and attentive waiter. Very good experience overall. Just one thing to mention, it was my first time here and according to the website lunch costs around $30 and we went at noon. When we paid they charged us like a dinner and that's almost double. I asked the waiter and he told me that was the correct price but nowhere on the website or in the entry did he show that clarification, especially to have things clear from the beginning.

The food was okay. not seasoned enough but it's okay. I felt like they kept bringing the same circuit of food such as leg of lamb, lamb chops, and chicken wings. The steak was only circulated once it felt like. The sides were fair. I mean for the price you're paying you'd think it would be better. I went for my birthday day and was promised a free dessert but never got it because the kitchen closed down so quickly. if you're going with a big group, I suggest getting there around 6-7 so you'll have time to enjoy the place. The drinks were good. The only reason I would ever go back
