   We had a lovely experience dining at Chairman’s! From the ambiance to the food and our server, my boyfriend and myself had a remarkable time. This was his first visit and it’s safe to say he’s hooked! The atmosphere was beautiful and comfortable, our server was incredible as well! They made spot on recommendations for food and drinks that paired well together. All that we ordered was nothing short of fantastic! Our favourites of the night were definitely the Crab Wellington and the Truffle Gnocchi! Safe to say we will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend Chairman’s as THE Steakhouse of the city :)

   The cheese toast was the weakest part of our meal. Everything else was executed to perfection. Going to dream about the ribeye.

   Everything was great! Wine, cheese toast, sides, service. We order the smoked rib eye , waitress suggested medium even though we said we prefer med rare , and it was definitely over cooked. Wish we insisted on med rare. Still good despite over done for us.

   Chairman’s is always a special treat. It was described last night as a little bit of Vegas in Calgary. Both the bar area and main room is stunning The key starter was the bone marrow. Fabulous!!! Also scallops and beef tartar were unreal Waldorf salad was enjoyed by all Tenderloin and 40oz bone in rib eye for 2 was cook to perfection Service is always great with Dany at the helm Clients loved it

   Fantastic Steak restaurant will definitely be coming back. I had the 12oz strip and my girlfriend had the 14 oz rib eye and both were terrific. The service was outstanding a few hiccups but that’s normal for a Friday night. Definitely was the highlight of her birthday. Thank you so much :)

   Fabulous, as always. So nice to be in a packed restaurant and still have no problem carrying on a conversation! The food was outstanding and service was too. Jessica was our server tonight and she went above & beyond ♥️

   Our first time to the restaurant and everything met our expectations. The service was very attentive, the food on the plate was generous size from appetizers to main course dishes and desert . Good value for the money spent.

   Excellent, attentive service from Shama!! All of our choices were tasty. Shared a porterhouse steak and brought home leftovers. Loved the Caesar salad dressing. We look forward to returning in the warmer weather to enjoy the lake view and an after dinner walks around the lake!! Made our anniversary celebration special!!

    Chairman’s is one of my favourite restaurants ever. Where do I even start… The ambiance is beautiful, whether it’s the lake views or the decor everywhere you look there are beautiful details (the menus softly light up when you open them and every bathroom is a bidet as well). The service is next to none, thoughtful and kind staff and again every detail is thoughtfully curated throughout your entire dining experience. We had Dany as our server and we just loved him. So respectful and friendly, he really gave us a great experience. The food… wow. Consistently incredible and made with so much love and care. There is not one thing I’d complain about at this restaurant other than the fact that you won’t find such a well rounded and consistent fine dining experience anywhere else and it ruins you lol.
