    We started with drinks at the bar and had a great view of the pasta chef. The drinks were fantastic! We were seated and ordered the squash as an antipasti which was delicious and flavorful. The fungi on pappardelle was phenomenal and the rigatoni bolognese was perfect.

    Not easy to get a reservation here. Made one quite far in advance. Our table was a little delayed because the group in front of us lingered. But the restaurant staff was super apologetic and accommodating. The food was truly delicious. Everybody enjoyed their meal. I particularly enjoyed the steak with polenta. They had a nice wine list of Italian wines. And my husband had an Italian IPA that he really liked. The ricotta cheesecake was delicious. The outdoor patio was nice and warm because it was enclosed and they had many heat lamps.

    Edited: I received a lovely unexpected message from the chef. We are excited to return in August! I love this place. I have been here once before and had the best time. This time was a little different. Our server seemed a little rushed and talked super fast. Didn’t strike up any conversation or make it personal at all. Our first time here we were loving the quick conversation with our server and it made us love our experience. We did have a guy take our picture for us with our phone and he was really funny! Just a different experience. We were out in a little less than an hour and never asked if we wanted another drink.

    Our lovely server, Adrianna, with her beautiful smile and explanation of the menu and dish suggestions and Tony, who was also equally attentive in making sure our water glasses were always filled and our tables cleared of empty dishes and cleaned. My son and I enjoyed the delicious dishes and dessert that we ordered- fettuccine with funghi sauce, spaghetti allo scoglio and Cesa’s ricotta cheesecake. The only suggestion we have is a more relaxing music background. We will definitely be back to try their other dishes!
