   Lunch for our party of 10 was beautiful and delicious. Service was excellent and everything was tasty. Christmas music added a magical touch to a great experience.

   It was very good , waiting for table but was seated at reservation time ! Food served very quickly . Pasta was lovely but warm not hot but was hungry so didn’t complain

   Cat and her staff at the Boathouse are amazing!!!! The food was delicious and they went out of their way to help us celebrate a milestone family birthday! My family has been coming to the Boathouse for years and it never disappoints! It is so quintessential New York with outstanding food, service and ambiance.

    We’ve been many times before (pre-Covid), on this occasion however, the bar experience was very poor and disappointing, the dining experience however was enjoyable. At the bar the server would not accept cash (unless I ordered two rounds!?)… he said if your paying cash it will cost you $34… basically he was ensuring a $6 tip… his manner was cold and not what you would expect from such a venue. The check in to the restaurant was also poor, not welcoming and very abrupt. However, once in the restaurant, our table host Christopher made a huge difference, he was welcoming and friendly, the type of hospitality person you would expect from such a place. We enjoyed our afternoon very much from this point forward.
