Cedros is an American-style seafood restaurant incorporated with Japanese flavors. Our dishes are inspired by traditional West Coast fish house cuisine. We use only the best ingredients available, sourcing fresh, local, and seasonal fish and produce daily from local markets. We update our menu every season to adapt to what’s available on the marketplace and to serve ingredients at their best, when they are naturally in season.
Booking Policy:
★Cancellation Fee (Yen/per person)
●For parties of 3 or more:※Within 24 hours of the booking time:5000※Within 12 hours of the booking time:8000
●For parties of 7 or more:※Within a week prior to the booking date:5000※Within 12 hours of the booking time:8000
★Your table will only be reserved for 2 hrs.
★Bookings are only accepted at 6, 7 & 8:15 pm. Please give us a call if you would like to make a booking in between those times.

    Cedros has a great, relaxed and fun atmosphere and the food is always amazing. Favourite place in Daikanyama for dinner.

    Cedros is a gem in the middle of Tokyo. A bit pricey and limited menu. But the menu is original seafood fusion and fresh. Very imaginative chef and great service from the bilingual staff.

    とっても大人しくて（何故か私にだけ吠えたw）可愛いJRTがお出迎えしてくれるロゴにもあるマグロ推しのカリフォルニア料理のお店です。 シェフふくめ店員さんが全員？英語が堪能なせいか、 Hpが英語で予約ができるせいか、 お客さんは私たちを除いて来る人来る人全員外国の方でした。 BOSEスピーカーから流れる心地よいBGMや 店内のフィッシャーマンズワーフ的なインテリアのお陰で まるで私の大好きな西海岸にいる気分にさせてくれました。 またフロアを全て担当してくださっている店長さん？は、 他のお客様もたくさん居たのに常に私たちを気にしてくださり、 絶妙なタイミングでワインを注ぎにきてくださったり、 お料理の説明や配分、お料理の出すタイミングや引くタイミングなどホスピタリティーは完璧でした。 そしてなによりお料理は全て本当に美味しかったです！（帰宅後も反芻したほど） 特にお勧めのマグロのレアステーキ、ソフトシェル、ロブスターのリゾットは絶品でした。 ただメインが二種のみとメニューが少ないのと、 お値段に対してお料理の料が少なかったのと ワインの値段がお高めだったので再訪にとても迷うところです。 とても美味しいのでランチ営業してくだされば毎日でも行きたいお店です。 日本語が話せない外国の方にとっては 代官山には他にない特別で貴重なお店だと思いました。 （モーニングならTRACTOR、ディナーならCEDROSかな。）

    The food choices are somewhat limited but every dish is outstanding and exceptionally well prepared. We have over two visits tried most of the current menu listings and liked every dish. It is a cozy place that is also kid friendly. The owners speak English and are very engaging. The prices are on the steep side but we highly recommend the restaurant.
