   We highly recommend this restaurant. My husband and other guests had the filet mignon and they raved about it. The server was extremely helpful. I’m sure we’ll be going back soon.

   Unfortunately, this was really the first time I had a bad experience at Cedar Creek Grille. First of all, I asked what the special of the day was, and our server went back to the kitchen twice, but no one could tell him how the fish was prepared. I then ordered the trout without the lobster burre blanc and with two vegetables instead of potatoes. Everyone got their food but me, and I was told that my dinner was cold so they were remaking it. Our server came by to explain the situation, and shortly thereafter, I did receive my trout with potatoes and vegetables. Our server, could not have been more gracious about the screw ups. The manager came by to apologize and comped my dinner and offered dessert. That was very nice and not at all asked for. I want to commend the server in this situation. He really went out of his way. Also my friend recommended that the restaurant have non-dairy options for creamer for the coffee.

   We are always happy to bring out of town guests here. The service, the food, the ambiance are spot on. Never a sense. of being rushed. The chicken pot pie was the favorite choice for lunch today and the chopped salad was a delicious, generous portion. We'll be back

   The kale and chicken salad sounded good but was pretty boring, did not taste any mint or peanuts. Would definitely not order that again. The server had no personality and seemed like he was going through the motions.

   Food was good, but seem like the food was sitting too long before getting to the table because the French fries were hard, which ruined the meal.

    My husband ordered his steak & frites dinner medium rare, it came out well done. Once we were able to flag the waitress, she got him a new dinner. My opinion is if someone has to have their meal re-done, it should be a priority, not a "next-in-line" thing. When the corrected meal finally came, it was to his satisfaction. My opinion is, especially after having a meal re-done, is to check how things are shortly after the person has started eating it. That did not happen. However, a nice thing the waitress did was to give us our dessert at no charge.
