    I loved the truffle butter filet it was one of the best steaks I have ever had I love truffle. Our server was amazing very friendly nand great at describing thing. And making sure we got exactly what we wanted. The mashed potatoes were outstanding.the perfect amount of cream and delicious.

    Everything was great! Started with sushi roll and pretzel bread. We had the cowgirl ribeye, New York strip, and a fish platter. Great service

    Always have a wonderful meal at Catch! Food is delicious, the mashed potatoes are amazing! Love the Caesar salad, the cocktails, the wine list, the staff are always attentive, shout out to Dylan Rose the sommelier who was incredible! Can’t wait to come back

    It’s always the best dining experience at Catch Steak Aspen!! From the food, the ambiance, the music, and especially the staff - everything is the INCREDIBLE !! It’s one of my favorite places dine in town. Don’t miss out on the hand rolls, wagyu beef, or the mashed potatoes (: And be sure to check out any seasonal items as well.
