   Casa Bianca is starting to play more prominently in our standard dinner rotation. Every time we go, it continues to get better. If it’s been a while for you, try it again. Really pleased with our meal and our service last evening. Great cocktails. Solid wine. Herbed Caesar salad was lightly dressed and very nice. The Spicy bluefin tuna cannoli was exceptional. The shrimp and pork belly tortelli was fantastic. Service was spot on.

   Got to reconnect w olde friends over a delicious meal at Casa Bianca! Emmy helped us get started with a Bianca Negroni, the savory treat of fried olives and the bright cured scallops w strawberries (with a little pop of serranos). The table shared the Caesar salad (get those anchovies), the shrimp with pork belly tortellinis and the crispy branzino (the caramelized parsnip puree took the dish over the top), and the deliciously mellow risotto with spring peas. We wrapped it all up w espressos and the perfect lasagna mille-feuille that we mmmm’d through. Easy and sincere care from Emmy made our time feel important. What a joyous night of friends and food.

   Everything was great. Service was really good and they were very accommodating with allergies. The cannoli and the arancini were delicious. Risotto and the lasagna were great and can’t stop thinking about the branzino. Leave room for dessert you can’t miss out on the limoncello donut and milles feullie.

   This restaurant exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent and innovative - not your grandma’s Italian food. We’ll definitely be back.

   Hi Folks, We went for happy hour and stayed past. The place is unassuming off Cesar Chavez but one you turn the corner, there is ample parking if you drive. The restaurant itself is beautiful with both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff was amazing and our bartender Charley was as good as the come. Professional, good conversation, and the drinks were amazing. He has a strong history behind him and you won't find a better bar crew in Austin. We sat at the bar. The drinks were amazing. For food we took advantage of the happy hour oysters which were great and the pasta sorpresina which might be one of the best things we've had in a long time. We finished up with a half bread loaf(again fantastic) and half share of the lamb cavatelli which was delicious. So I suggest you make your way over. Say hi to the fantastic staff and bartenders and prepare for some really delicious food.

    First time at Casa Bianca. Party of three including my son who is a chef. Overall good but needs some upgrades to get to the next level. The restaurant is pretty and very open but it is all hard surfaces and therefore fairly noisy. We were also seated next to a large group celebrating a birthday. The staff probably should have given us more separation as there were other tables in our waiters station. Liked our waiter and he was attentive knowledgeable and fixed issues as they came up. The biggest one was forgetting the bread course and having the pasta dishes come out of order. We ordered the focaccia which we enjoyed and the whipped butter had the right balance of salt and sweet. We also ordered all three of the pasta dishes. The pasta itself was well made but the sauces were a little disappointing. The lamb ragu was not visually appealing and the shrimp with tortelli was pretty but the butter sauce was very one note. Finally we were looking forward to the mushroom lasagna. Nice arribiata sauce but it was a cheese bomb with no discernible mushrooms. We finished with the pork belly with garlic greens and a savory orange jam. That dish was the highlight of the meal and we would come back for it. Dinner for three was $120 with no wine. Ok on value and we did not leave hungry.
