M Sushi Cary is Michael Lee's second location dedicated to high-quality seafood. Our menu is small, purposeful, and uses only very special seasonal seafood received directly from Japan, Korea, and the US. The quality of our dishes is a direct result of our dedication to fresh ingredients, and our emphasis placed on maintaining traditional Japanese and Korean Cuisine. We specialize in traditional nigiri and sashimi courses in addition to a once in a lifetime Grand Omakase. M Sushi was ranked in 2022 in OpenTable's top 100 restaurants in American. Also, the only restaurant to make the list from North Carolina.

    To my taste M Sushi is the best restaurant in NC. Their food is always excellent and delicious and the service is second to none. Highly recommended.

    We did the nigiri omakase menu as a birthday celebration and it was incredible. Amazing courses, dish style, fresh fish, and service. Cannot recommend enough.

    M Sushi @ Fenton is our go-to date night spot. My husband and I just got back from Japan a few months ago and would say the sushi @ M Sushi is just as good, if not better, than most places we ate in Japan! Can't recommend enough.

    Wow!!! Most amazing meal presented to our table by the most amazing servers!!!! Start to finish we were in awe of the fabulous bites!! At end of meal we were planning next visit!!!

    Holy cow. My first time dining at Sushi M (Cary) was pretty incredible. I knew I was in for a treat when my bowl of miso soup was so rich and delicious. Had one small plate (3 types of raw tuna to try...which was really fun and interesting...it turns out that I liked the most fatty tuna and husband favored the least fatty). Next we had 2 rolls. The Dynomite Roll was served wNigeria! Scrumptious and the Mango roll was too die for and a great contrast to the warm roll. The raw fish was so good that it just melted away in my mouth, so next time I'm going for nigiri! Service excellent...beware of asking for the "freshly grated wasabi" just because we tried it and it surprised us when the melon-ball sized dollop came back as $20 on the bill and honestly, we couldn't tell the difference between the fancy stuff and the $20 stuff. Other than that I would have to very highly recommend...a seat at the sushi bar is a great date spot! Follow up with a Gelato from across the street. :)
