M Sushi Cary is Michael Lee's second location dedicated to high-quality seafood. Our menu is small, purposeful, and uses only very special seasonal seafood received directly from Japan, Korea, and the US. The quality of our dishes is a direct result of our dedication to fresh ingredients, and our emphasis placed on maintaining traditional Japanese and Korean Cuisine. We specialize in traditional nigiri and sashimi courses in addition to a once in a lifetime Grand Omakase. M Sushi was ranked in 2022 in OpenTable's top 100 restaurants in American. Also, the only restaurant to make the list from North Carolina.

Course 1 - Mozuko "Noodle", Course 2 - Sashimi, Course 3 - Seafood dumpling & truffle, Course 4 - Nigiri, Course 5 - Panko Scallop, cauliflower, potato puree, shishito peppers, Course 6 - Grilled A5 Wagu, Course 7 - Black Rice ice-cream. Please be advised that this is a set menu so we will not be able to alter any dishes because of dietary restrictions or allergies. Wine & Sake pairing to add on will be available upon arrival. We had an amazing first time and will be going back. We had several sushi rolls - California, rainbow, M special, and spider. They were all fresh, delicious, and unique in flavor. Looking forward to going back soon!

Fabulous flavors and ambiance! We did the Grand Omakase experience at the bar, where your chef is handing you your dishes directly. Awesome meal!

Delicious/original sushi and mixed drinks. Great service! this one is better than the Durham location. They are both good but this one stands out.

My only critique is to install better ventilation especially considering customers have unique dining options where flames are served right at their table. I witnessed a filter paper or something of the sort catch fire several times.

Sushi was okay. Green tea is water down but charged high price. Staff are unfriendly. I will not go back.
