   I’m hoping this was a one time event for this place, not enough help!! One waitress, barmaid and the owner I think. Food and drinks were outstanding but very aggravating when you run out of water and you wanted your wine with your meal, waiting to long for check. Can’t blame the one waitress, also sitting next to the garage door in the winter, not so pleasant even with draft protection. When you pay over $100 for dinner for two, you should not have these issues, again hopefully a one time oddball situation

   The food and service were very good. Prices were a little high. As it got busier tho, the noise level was too loud. Also the tables are too close together and hearing people I don’t know talk during dinner wasn’t enjoyable

   Hadn’t been here in a few years. We love going out for brunch. The service was good. The food was delicious. The prices were a bit high for the amount and quality of food. The place needs some cosmetic updates particularly the upstairs bathroom. The tables were not level and wobbling which is always unpleasant.

   Service was on point. All three of our meals came out hot and were delicious. The shecrab soup was excellent.

   Wife’s birthday dinner. We had our heart set on oysters. We ate at 5pm & told they ran out for the day? Wide open dining room but seated w view into kitchen. Young servers were getting their experience, trying their best, but lacking a bit. Meal wasn’t memorable. (Honestly forgot what I ate). Long Buffalo winter weather slop & poor parking sitch didn’t help. Will give it another try & I’m optimistic will be better.

   From the delicious she crab soup, the turn overs, and the entrees, everything was cooked very well! Mia our server was cordial and efficient as always.

   This was my second visit in hopes of having a better experience than my first in May of 2024. I decided to take my wife, son and his fiancée out to dinner. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and I noted this as a special occasion during booking and also in the special requests section. We arrived and were sat relatively quickly. Ordered drinks and our meals within :15-:20 mins of being seated. Food took ~1 hr to come out. We ordered two steaks and two pasta dishes, no apps. We were one of two tables remaining occupied by the time we finished our meal. Food was OK (again) but nothing special for the price point ($225 before tip, for a party of four). Server seemed disinterested and overall service was just average. Attitude, tone, body language, etc and slow to refill drinks. We were never acknowledged about the special occasion. The same occurred for our Birthday dinner visit last year. Disappointing… Note: Wife left something at the table and had to return after we walked out. Every employee was heads down in their phones, at bar, chatting and no one acknowledged her coming back in and returning to the table.

   We had brunch at Carte Blanche for the first time. The food was delicious, and the service was great. We'll be back.

    Brunch was excellent the service prompt and attentive our group had the omelette eggs benedic and cacio d pepe all excellent a true must try
