The Carte Blanche Team is passionate about combining fresh ingredients to create a local cuisine for the Hamburg NY area. We are dedicated to creating an atmosphere that is both friendly and inviting for our local residents and visitors.
During this time we must follow all CDC guidelines regarding masks.
Guests must arrive promptly for their reservation wearing a mask. When moving throughout our space we require you to be wearing face covering correctly. Guests who arrive without masks will not be allowed to enter. Please understand that we are trying to keep our staff, their families and you safe during this time.
Reservations are given a 15 minute grace period. We ask that if you are going to arrive late or if you have to cancel your reservation please alert us as soon as possible. Given our smaller capacity all tables are given a 90 minute time limit to ensure proper sanitation and so that we can seat future reservations in a timely manner.

                          We waited 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive and my daughters drink was delivered and they forgot about mine. After asking twice she finally delivered my white wine which was warm and I asked for ice cubes. We then ordered calamari that was cold in the middle and was all tentacles. I had the chicken dish for dinner and there was so much sauce that the dish was overflowing. I did order another glass of Pinot Grigio which also came out warm again. We will not be back for $170 it was not worth it.

                          Always liked this location. Been a few different restaurants. Big windows a little more upscale. Upstairs was not open we really like to dine up there. Food good, service good, nice ambience

                          Took my in laws here for dinner and while the food was great and our server was very friendly, it took nearly 2 hours to get our meals. They offered a round of drinks or dessert for our trouble but we just wanted to move on with our evening. I was a little surprised they didn’t take the one round of drinks we already had off of our bill, but oh well.

                          My familiy's experience was wonderful. We were greeted and seated promptly. The server was very friendly and attentive. Her service was second to none. All of our food was very delicious. The portions were very generous and we all had enough to take home. It was such a delightful experience, we will most definitely be back.

                          I’m hoping this was a one time event for this place, not enough help!! One waitress, barmaid and the owner I think. Food and drinks were outstanding but very aggravating when you run out of water and you wanted your wine with your meal, waiting to long for check. Can’t blame the one waitress, also sitting next to the garage door in the winter, not so pleasant even with draft protection. When you pay over $100 for dinner for two, you should not have these issues, again hopefully a one time oddball situation
