Specializing in creative American cuisine and thoughtfully crafted cocktails, Carson Kitchen sits in the heart of Las Vegas' downtown dining scene. Carson Kitchen is built on a philosophy of reimagined comfort food prepared with approachable fine-dining ingredients. The restaurant concept originated in 2014, opening in the historic Fremont East district of Downtown Las Vegas, a partnership between chef and restaurateur Cory Harwell and his dear friend, the late Chef Kerry Simon. Designed to bring a carefully curated experience to our country’s unique & vibrant neighborhoods, Carson Kitchen features a contemporary bar, open kitchen expo counter, and community tables in an industrial yet inviting architecture.

    Carson Kitchen is always on the request list when we travel to Vegas!! The food is unique and different for the adventurous diner, yet enough staple items for the conservative taste buds. Highly recommended!!

    Excellent! Food was delicious, innovative and every plate better than the last! Fried chicken skins....YUM Devils eggs....Wonderful! Shavd Brussel Sprout salad.....YUM YUM Black Rice and Oxtail Risotto....O M G! Bourbon Fudge Browie with bacon ice cream?????? Lol, incredible! Can't wait to return to try other specialities!

    It was our first time at Carson’s kitchen. Bianca S. was our server and she was awesome. The Mac and cheese was so good! We will be back again.

    This place has the best Mac n cheese I’ve ever had in my entire life. It is a must try. You’ll need about 3-4 plates for a party of 2. It’s family style so make sure the entire party agrees on what to eat. Portions are smaller than you expect, but the food is absolutely phenomenal. The names/titles of the dishes sound basic, but be prepared to experience flavors that you’ve never had before. Highly recommend making a reservation for this great restaurant.
