CARNAL PRIME STEAKHOUSE is the first restaurant in Santiago specialized in imported and certified American meats of the Angus Aberdeen breed and of USDA High Choice & Prime quality.

In addition to the exclusivity of our raw materials, to prepare our meats we use an infrared broiler that achieves high temperatures (1300 °F), which gives our cuts a particular texture and flavor that is not found in the traditional method of grill.

We also have a selected Raw Bar that offers exquisite products brought from various corners of the world, such as Octopus and Caribbean Lobster. The unique atmosphere and privileged location make CARNAL the ideal place to enjoy a family lunch, an intimate dinner or a business meeting.

Desde que descubrí el Carnal se ha vuelto uno de nuestros restaurantes favoritos de carnes para ir en familia y con amigos. en un periodo de 4 meses he visitado este lugar unas 6 veces. el día de ayer en una reunión de negocios muy importante, comenzamos con un pulpo y empanadas de carne sublime. una limonada y copa purple angel MT. quise sorprender a mi socio con una carne madurada para compartir, la cual era de más de 1 kl. la pedimos punto medium ya que así la comemos y tambien recomendada por el garzón. calculabamos que por su tamaño tardaría mas que un corte tradicional. en total fueron casi 45 min.. y como era de esperar este llegó muy cocido. una tremenda decepción no solo por el precio, sino porque era una instancia de probar algo nuevo con los "especialistas en carnes" y resultó todo un fracaso. no quise alegar frente a mi socio porque era una invitación a el y una instancia importante de negocios. tampoco quise hacerlo publico por que creo en los errores corregibles, pero claramente me vine muy desepcionado y con las inseguridades normales de un cliente enamorado del concepto carnal que mostró en esta ocasión, inexperiencia en esta linea de cortes especiales. espero que puedan considerar esta opnión.

La comida muy sabrosa, excelente calidad. El servicio si bien eran atentos mucha demora, tuvimos que llamar a tres personas distintas para poder pedir.
