   We had a large family party of 16 for a post Christmas celebration. They were very accommodating. Food served in a timely fashion, not rushed. Staff were absolutely excellent. Something on menu to suit everyone. Would certainly eat at Carluccios again, would recommend.

   An excellent meal with outstanding service. At 2.30 pm on Sunday 22 December the restaurant was pleasantly quiet.

   Been wanting to try this place for breakfast as close to home. Finally visited with my partner. The place looks beautiful and with good ambiance. The staff were friendly too. The food we ordered were pancakes, hot chocolates, traditional breakfast. Wasn’t impressed with the hot chocolate, couldn’t taste chocolate at all, like you lack another spoon of chocolate powder when making it. The pancake was okay. Traditionally was so far good. I don’t think we’re coming back for breakfast here again but maybe try for dinner next time.

   Sadly this was my first and last visit. We went for a team Xmas meal for 6 of us. We asked for the bread to be brought with the main but it was brought before due to people ordering steak. I understand the wait for steak but this was not what we asked for. My main had to be returned as it was cold inside. The replacement was also cold in patches so I returned this. My friend’s chips were also cold and a hot portion was brought to the table. By this point I was rather peed off. The staff were nice enough and removed the charge for the bread and lasagne but overall this has put me off going again and what should have been a fun Xmas lunch was rather disappointing:

   Service was great. However, the Carbonara was a bit disappointing. It didn’t have any taste and the eggs used became scrambled instead of creating a beautiful carbonara sauce. The proportion of the guanciale and the amount of pasta leaves you looking for the guanciale. Other dishes were good.

    Lovely evening, although the restaurant was busy the staff were very attentive and we didn’t have to wait a long time for our food, Reasonably Priced
