Carla bistrot has been serving authentic Argentinian cuisine since 2005. Its dining area is spacious and sophisticated with dim lighting, brick pillars and framed artwork. Vaca Argentina serves the highest quality meat cooked on a rotisserie. The restaurant also offers an extensive world-class wine list for guests to choose from.

The menu at Vaca Argentina includes starters, grilled meat dishes, fish and seafood entr_es, soups, salads, empanadas, pasta dishes, wood-fired pizzas and desserts. Try the bife de lomo, churrasco de salmon Rosado, ravioles or lasagna al horno. Finish with a dessert like cheesecake or flan Santafecino.
