   We had an extremely disappointing Mother’s Day dinner. Ken, our waiter, was all talk and completely under delivered on the service. We waited for over 45 minutes for a margarita pizza that Ken promised us was coming in three minutes. He told us the kitchen burned the first pizza, but the second one would be out in three minutes. over 40 minutes went by before he finally brought the pizza, after we had all finished our entrées and we’re waiting for a dessert menu. By this point, we were so tired of Ken neglecting our table and not following up on his word that we just wanted to leave. He then told us that he would take the pizza off the check, as though he was doing us a favor. We chose Carbone for a special Mother’s Day dinner, and truly it was one of the most disappointing experiences we have had as a family. I would love to speak with a manager or an owner about the experience.  Ken was terrible.

   service was very great you do have to order an appetizer a pizza or pasta then another meal and a side of either broccoli or potato’s they bring you a complementary bread and Parmesan cheese which was amazing then we got the calamari which was probably the best we’ve ever had so we had high expectations for the rest of the meal then we ordered the spicy vodka pasta and to my understanding it was supposed to be a family style meal so I was thinking a good portion for atleast 2-3 people for being $34 I would say it would probably feed 1 person but then again you have the last course we also noticed that the pasta got cold very fast but other then that still pretty tasty we got the chicken parm it was great but me and my girlfriend thought it was missing something maybe a little more heat and the potatoes we got were amazing service here is 10/10 ambience was also a 10/10 overall amazing place for a date night/afternoon only complaint was the portion size for the pasta for being that price but overall great experience

   I honestly think this was the most disappointing experience in my entire time dinning I have never been asked so many times when ordering something that it was going to an extra charge “ like bring me what I asked for” I just don’t get it!! Having been to carbone this was NOT the experience i expected.

   Just moved here from Chicago recently bigger Italian restaurant town back home Carbone Vino, which hands-down, the best restaurants that we’ve ever eaten great service. Great ambience will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

   Our waitress (really short hair smaller girl) while she wasn’t bad, she wasn’t the most attentive. The other main issue was when I asked if our pasta dish could come out with my actual meal, she was quick to tell me that wasn’t possible. I ordered the chicken and my husband ordered pizza (two separate meals) as I wasn’t having pizza. We were both going to share the gluten free pasta but due to my blood sugar I need to eat protein before carbs which is why I wanted the pasta out with my dish. So the pasta comes out with the pizza and my chicken comes out literally 35 minutes later - so my pasta sat on my plate and by the time I got to eat it was obviously cold. My husband waited for me to eat so his pizza was cold also…Other restaurants similar to here never have any issues if I request this.

    We had to wait 20 minutes past our reso for seating. The cocktails were sub par and the food was just ok.
