   We booked an outdoor patio table and were told we couldn't have it, we are in Vegas with 100's of beautiful restaurants and beautiful views. We chose this restaurant for that beautiful view. $300 meal and we didn't even get to sit where we were booked. No apologies, no trying to remedy the situation. Just unprofessional and disappointed.

   The dining experience at Carmella was the most enjoyable of our stay in Vegas. The food, service and atmosphere were all top notch. We’ll definitely be back!

   Great food, great service. A wonderful experience for my girlfriend’s Mother’s Day weekend. I wanna thank the entire staff that night who made us feel very welcomed

   We had a party of 7 and everyone absolutely loved our entire experience. The service was the best we have had our entire trip.

   Overall pretty mid for the price. Booked for outdoor seating but was placed indoors which was fine. Vibes were kinda thrown off after the hostess sat us at a table. one of the workers asked my boyfriend and I if we were sat at a table by a staff member as if we just walked in ourselves and sat down. Idk she kinda made us feel as if we weren’t welcomed and we felt kind of rushed after.

   The vibe is nice, service was good enough, but my entree was completely screwed up by the kitchen. I should’ve sent it back but also three employees looked at my soup like pasta dish and all though “yeah that’s okay to serve”. I even looked back at yelp pictures and sure enough nothing like my dish.

   My husband and I can’t say enough about this outstanding brunch in Las Vegas! It almost seems this spot is still an unknown gem… great for us but hope they keep it going. The food is exquisite from the shrimp cocktail to the mozzarella meatballs and garlic bread and don’t get me started on the pastas! I was instantly transported to my youth at my Italian grandparents table and that says a a lot. The service was impeccable! We can’t wait to return!

    Caramella is going to be our new Italian restaurant whenever we are at Planet Hollywood! The food was amazing and prepared perfectly. I loved the house made dressing and the meat and cheese appetizer was perfect. We had the blue crab mafaldine for the first time, and we love it. Plenty of crab of the pasta is house made. Our server, Penny was great and explained everything to us. Great food, service and atmosphere!
