   This was one of the best meals I have ever had!! We drove over an hour to have dinner, then waited 30 minutes past our reservation time and it was absolutely worth it. That's not a complaint either - they were absolutely slammed on a frigidTuesday night. We had the calamari with the spicy lemon and garlic sauce as an appetizer. It was the best calamari anyone at our table had ever eaten. The pastas were all top notch. We had a tortellini with a cream sauce, the rigatoni with sausage in a tomato cream sauce, and also the pasta alla mama. All of them different and all of them out of this world! The service was attentive without being overbearing. Our server was Gloria, she had great recommendations and was very accommodating. Thanks for a great experience, Capri by GiGi!!!

   First time here as heard many good things. With that being said, we will not eat inside the restaurant again. We may consider carryout in the future. Too many tables squeezed into every nook and cranny of the restaurant. It is not a pleasurable dinner experience when your 2 inches away from the next table and the other side of the table are people constantly walking by. You do not need the money that bad to squeeze in that many tables. Noise levels are very high with so many tables close to each other. Food was very good as was our server. We mentioned that the table was not good as we were leaving and the young lady at the hostess stand only said you should have waited for another table.

    Went to lunch today with a good friend who likes going to Cali as much as I do. However, today we had a couple of surprising experiences. First of all, service was a bit slow and I can understand there were fewer servers. Second, we felt liked we were being rushed out of there after we finished eating. Lastly, we were surprised by the bill received. It turns out that my friend wanted fish and our server mentioned that it was only a dinner menu but could order. Not knowing the price of the fish was shocking! With only fish being served with nothing else, we felt it was high for lunch! Maybe we should have asked if there was a price difference, however I feel that management should have guided their staff to mention to the client that if we were aware about the dinner price menu. Although Capri is an excellent restaurant and always look forward to eating there, I was greatly disappointed today.
