   We love Mexican food and when we come to Jacksonville, we have to stop in at Cantina Laredo. I told our waiter that they had the best spinach enchiladas anywhere. The meat in the fajitas was tender and very flavorful. We ate our way through a mountain of chips which he kept us supplied with. It just totally met our craving for good Mexican food!

   We’d been to Cantina multiple times, but not recently. Our return was disappointing. The food was not warm, even though our server brought it out fast. Some of it was undercooked and overall very disappointing. The only redeeming quality was the server who was efficient and attentive. I can think of 5-10 options for a dinner, within walking distance, that are much better, so we won’t be back anytime soon.

   The food and service was outstanding. I love the ground sirloin enchiladas. My wife loves the ones with chicken. Simple but excellent. They have much much more too. We keep coming back!

   The food was delicious and the drinks were yummy but our service was sub par. This is a first for us. Hard to get drink refills; forgotten items that we asked for multiple times. We still had a good time, but it wasn’t up to its usual standards.

    We recently returned to our local Cantina Laredo for the first time in about five years. It will probably be our last trip there. While our meal was okay, the margaritas (Flight of Mexico) were awful and we only drank most of one of them. Our server was not too concerned about this, despite saying "Let me know how they are" when he served them. More troubling, however, was that my meal (the Combo Fajitas) came out of the kitchen 15 minutes after my family's meals, so I just sat there while they ate and vice-versa. I would have at least expected a free dessert, but we only received an apology and excuse from our server, no suggestion of a free meal or dessert, despite that we ordered and paid for the Flan. I wrote to the corporate office a couple of weeks before posting this review, btw, only to receive a canned response with no resolution. Very bad customer service.
