We love the food presentation and they taste just right for the amount of seasoning. We had rainbow carrots and king crabs as appetizers, fish in clays/ banana leaf and pigs for the entrees. Services are outstanding for a quiet dinner.

Great lunch for Mother's Day in Panama, service was exceptional and food too, all main dishes and appetizers were great, exceptional cooking was evident in presentation, taste and texture of each dish, the ceviche itself is probably the best I ever had, we ordered gnocchi and prawns for main dishes as well as fried yuca. My mom was fascinated. Restaurant is very unique and decor well aligned with the hotel style. Some tables are bar style, I'd rather choose one with individual chairs but it was a quite busy day, but that's just my personal preference. Otherwise, it's a great and fully recommended restaurant, an experience worth repeating.

The only thing that this restaurant must do is to add White table Cloth in order to augment the dining experience.

El servicio estuvo impecable. Ordenamos el cochinillo, cordero y la corvina en arcilla, todo muy rico. Nos gustaron la berenjena y el tamal. De postre el cacao y la pavlova.

The food and the service was outstanding! We celebrated my daughter’s birthday with my 94 year anniversary old mother and the staff was very attentive and pleasant.

Definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had! 10/10 recommend. Special thank you to Wilson and Monica for being the absolute best of hosts. Can’t wait to be back! Caleta has easily become my favourite restaurant in Panama! Everything was perfection!
