   Le cadre est superbe. Les serveurs sont aimables et patients. Il n y a rien à dire sur la qualité des plats. Ils sont très bien préparés, présentés et la quantité est au rendez-vous.

   This was the only bad experience I’ve had in Edinburgh. The place looks great, but that’s about it. The service was very slow, the food was very mediocre (not even any peas with the fish and chips for 20) , and the prices were far too high for what you get. They also don’t offer takeaway containers, so half my meal went to waste. I wouldn’t go back and feel that I have wasted my money.

    It’s a beautiful place and the service was friendly but there was a screw-up in the kitchen and it took ages for our food to arrive. We had mussels tasty and a generous amount and Balmoral chicken which was also tasty but a bit salty, and the accompanying pommes Anna were undercooked. A bit disappointing because we had a really good meal on our previous visit.
