What you can expect: Foraged Wild Foods Organic Food from our favourite local farms Immaculate Vibes & Cocktails by West Bourget Sneak peek of the menu: - House cured 24 month Prosciutto with Pickled Rhubarb - Tempura Maple Blossoms - Clams with house made 'Nduja - Peruvian Style Ceviche - Canadian Wagyu Beef Bavette grilled over charcoal - Fresh Pasta with Sea Urchin - Square Root Contorni - Candied Mushrooms and White Chocolate Menu subject to change.
