   Food is good. Consistent. Service is good. Restaurant manager is arrogant. I asked for a side of marinara with my pasta and it came cold. Restaurant manager explained to me that marinara is supposed to be eaten cold. I guess my two years at cordon blue and my two food tours of Italy, along with my mother’s award winning cookbooks don’t count for anything. The kitchen messed up and what do I remember about our new years eve dinner. That the manager thought I was stupid or tried to cover her kitchen’s mistake. How about: sorry, I’ll take care of it asap. Otherwise it was a nice meal.

   Been a long time fan of the Santa Barbara location. This was our first time in Goleta and it was fantastic. Love the added pizza offerings in the menu so our kids have something to eat. I got the special thin pasta with shrimp and scallops in saffron cream sauce. It was delicious. Pasta done perfectly and sauce was creamy and tasty. Shrimp and scallops were small though. Husband got the ravioli and it’s just as good as I remembered it from 15 years ago. Pizza was also great. Please please open up a restaurant in the Bay Area/ South Bay.

   Ca'Dario is a neighborhood favorite -- we love the friendly service and cheerful atmosphere. Last night's pizza and pasta did not disappoint. Everything was fresh and tasty.

   We were disappointed with our experience at Ca’Dario in Goleta. Despite having a reservation and arriving on time, the hostess greeted us with an unwelcoming attitude. We were seated in the middle of the noisy room near the cooking area, making it difficult to hold a conversation. When we requested a quieter table, the waitress tried to assist, but the hostess repeatedly told us how busy they were—even though there were more staff than customers—and refused to accommodate us. We regularly enjoy the Montecito and Santa Barbara locations for their excellent service and food, but this Goleta experience fell short. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location.

   Quality of food is so “weak” We hadn’t been back there since June. Thought we would try it again.. needless to say, we are DONE there..

    Ca Dario Goleta is always good. Food is consistently good and very flavorful. Pastas and Pizzas are outstanding. Great ambiance inside.
