   The staff were wonderful and helped me surprise my mom on her birthday. The service was wonderful and the food arrived hot and fresh and delicious!

   We had a great experience at Bufala as part of Dine Out Vancouver. There were plenty of menu choices to accommodate our preferences between the appetizers, mains and desserts. The food was tasty and the portions were spot on. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy, elegant, and casual. The service was exceptional. Between the FOH manager (?), host, our server and food runner, we felt well taken care of. I didn’t get our servers name but her attention to detail left us feeling most comfortable. We were never without water, drinks or anything we needed for each course. Food came out very timely, not rushed or too spaced out. We will definitely be back!

   Booked a table for a girlfriend’s meet-up on a Saturday at 12:30pm. We failed to check the menu and learned that menu options were mostly brunch items. Of the 2 pasta items, 3 of 4 of us chose Carbonara which no one thought was great. While I adjusted the classic eggs benny significantly (omitting the meat, potatoes, etc…it didn’t come with hollandaise sauce), the eggs were cooked well but cool and the toast was hard and dry. Service was very attentive and pleasant. Perhaps other menu items would be more to our liking. Wouldn’t drive from Langley again

   Good.. Generous serving,Salads were good,Porchetta was tasty,Cocktails decent. Bartender/ most of the staff very friendly and welcoming. Notso good The Cabbage was overcooked/mushy ,potatoes almost bland and weird texture, Pasta wasnt awful butni was hoping more for an Italian restaurant,Tiramisu i always like..this one i did nof..Costco one was 10 times.better,the cale part was very dense and heavy. Our server Chaya or maybe Xhaia,not sure if our group did something to offend her but she was not happy,the sigh and eyerolling when shw messed up our bills,the headscratching when my gf was ordering a Macchiato and yet she brought her an espresso shot instead amd just had thus very dismissive negative vibe,i tried to ligjtenup the mood so iasked her name which then she gave me a half a smile for like 5 and sexonds,the weirdest part when she was serving the table beside us,completely different aura she was smiling,chatting and just looked happy and welcoming,the very opposite with our group.I still tipped her 18%.,Maybe she was havung a day. We will not come back.

   This is a new restaurant in River District. We tried it out and we will be back! Great appetisers, recommending burrata and arancini. Good pizza and pasta and the best hazelnut gelato we had in a long time. They also have good prices and happy hour.

   Service and ambiance of this place is great. The people are friendly, drinks are good, just a shame the food is average at best. Everything we had was super bland. If this place picks up the kitchen to match the rest it’ll be a great spot.

    We really enjoyed our experience! Ambiance was casual but trendy, wasn’t overly noisy, perfect location for brunch. We had the classic breakfast, a porchetta hash, and fungi pizza, all of which were fantastic! We also had the carbonara, but it was only okay - drier than we like. Overall we highly recommend!
